This innovative development marks a new era of safety, convenience and efficiency. 

Smarter, more efficient and more sustainable

With Elacin 4 Life we introduce a unique algorithm on which we have worked hard for more than 5 years. This allows us to calculate a new accurate fit exactly 3 to 7 years after the physical impression of the hearing – without the need for a physical appointment. A huge breakthrough that will save a lot of time if you need customized hearing protection for your staff.

Efficiency without compromise

Due to the continuous development of the ear canal, it is necessary to replace hearing protection every 5 years. Until now, a time-consuming and costly process; Scheduling appointments, collecting employees and shutting down work.

Thanks to the algorithm, the original scan is digitally updated, after which we deliver a new set of custom-made hearing protection, without a physical imprint. This not only saves time, but also material and transport, which makes the solution extra sustainable. 

The whole process in five easy steps

  1. One-time fitting session
    The first print is made by one of our experienced colleagues at your location and digitally stored as a 3D file 

  2. Time for an extension
    You will receive a timely message from us when the hearing protection needs to be replaced. You can also see this in your customer portal 

  3. Smart update
    The algorithm updates your scan, no need for a new appointment 

  4. Production
    Our own laboratory makes your new set of hearing protection tailor-made

  5. Delivery
    Within 3 weeks you will receive the new set
